Few things needed in programming for wordpress

Job Description:
I have 2 different items I need a quote for. They would be separate milestones.
I am using a theme that unfortunately is not being updated so when wordpress and other plugins update to 6.1+ it is causing a few problems with the site. I would like a quote on how to upgrade all my sites to 6.1+ that are using my theme and how much it would cost to fix the theme so it can be used on the most current versions of wordpress. The theme is called Risen but is not updated anymore by the initial creator. The main site i'm referring to is here: [login to view URL]
The second thing I need to do is just add a video on the main page here just below the navigation bar. The theme has a section where normally an image would be there in the built in slider. So just need to be able to put my video there and you teach me how to change it out. It of course needs to look good. Also need you to pull in the page data from another page so it will display below the message in light blue on the homepage. Basically just show a normal page and make sure the h tags and other page elements are friendly to seo. So just two small changes here on this part. the site is [login to view URL] but i have other sites using the same theme.
