Convert wordpress site to French

We have three websites:
SITE 1 - Old Site 1 - ENGLISH
SITE 1 - Old Site 1 (translated) - FRENCH
SITE 2 - NEW SITE - Currently English
SITE 2 - NEW SITE - same site /french - we need to be translated to french
You have the ability to take content from site 2 site or in some cases, it is the same content as the french content from site 1. In some cases there is NEW ONLY ENGLISH content on the new site and that will need to be translated.
END GOAL - SITE 2 translated to french. NOT GOOGLE translated, but correct FRENCH.
This job may be very fast or longer depending on how well you do it - some people will bid less than 100 and some people may bid more than 100. Please be clear on WHEN you will finish this. If you do not tell me HOW LONG it will take, you will NOT be considered at all. If you do not meet your timeline, the payment will be reduced.

there is another site that I will refer the winner to that also has french content available - however the content on the SITE 2 that I just gave you is the ONLY content to translate - to french - you will only use Site 1 as a reference if needed to make things go faster since some of that french content is already existing.
one of the other ways to do this is that I can google translate, and you can then fix the grammar in french - if that is the more efficient way of doing this, please let me know and what that cost will be.
if you want to only send TEXT files as translation, that is fine or if you want to do that actual wordpress translation to the live site that is ok too - please define which way you want to do this.
