Complex Wordpress Checkout/Appointment plugin

I need a fully functioning checkout and appointment plugin for my wordpress website that is specific to my needs. I can not speak the language of web development so I need someone who speaks english perfectly, and someone who can understand what I need when I don't use the right terminology. I would like someone who is willing to talk with me via zoom prior to hiring them to be sure they understand what I want (assuming what I want is possible). For example I provide a service that lasts 70 days and repeats twice a week excluding thanksgiving, spring and fall break. Each day is 6 hours long. I need exactly those parameters for the service. Each of my clients is a homeschool co-op comprised of 5-10 families with each family registering 2-7 kids for the service. I need each family in each co op to be able to sign up for the same service at the same time separately and each family needs to be able to register all of their kids at the same time. I need the same service available for multiple co-op clients. Additionally I need a scheduling tool that can be viewed by a customer, managed by an instructor and controlled by an admin. I want customers to be able to see their schedule with the services they have paid for. I want each instructor to be able to manage their own off days and to be able to view which customers have scheduled them for a specific service. I need a scheduling tool that has location options. each service needs to be able to have its own location. Each instructor needs to be able to manage what locations they can and can not teach at. I want customers to be able to chose a class based on location, instructor availability or class type. I discovered the plugin bookly and have been trying to figure it out for months. I honestly don't know if it can do what I need it to but at this point I am willing to switch software if I am confident my developer can get it done. I have 20 other services I offer with similar constraints.
