This porject is for a website made with Wordpress and Divi theme.
I do have Zoho One, so the client portal can be made and developed using Zoho Invoice.
I want my customer to have their own account so the can check, track and find information of each order they have placed. Each order will go through 3 status: PENDING, IN PROCESS & COMPLETED.
I want to share information of each order, such as: delivery date, arrival date, share some pdf files, pictures, and payment status as well. It would be nice if they can also have a calendar with the relevant dates of the orders.
Depending on the pdf file that I upload, the status of the order will change. For example, when I upload the [login to view URL] the order automatically will be in status "IN PROCESS" and when another pdf is uploaded the process will change to "Completed".
There must be a bottom where customer can place a new order. This bottom will show up as an invoice sheet and the can just add the product the customer needs and it will be send automatically to me as an "Order Request". So I can accepted, or add comments in needed ( I think Zoho has already something quite similar).
It should be a place call "Goals" where the customer can add the goal of the year and it should be show up if they meet their goal.
It should be divided in 3 tasks, Customers, Task & Payment.
Customers: I can check a own customer individually (please check page 1 or 2 of the pdf for a better understanding).
Task: each order, regarding the status will have a several information (such arrival date) when that information is not filled out, it will appear automatically in my "Tasks".
Payment: Same as Task but only in the payment section.
- The client area should be available in Spanish & English.
- The client area should be conected with CRM.
Each customer and each supplier have their own unique price. When I get new order request I should write down the price of the customer in advance, so customer can see his own price.
Same thing with suppliers, so when I get a order request, I would like to choose wich suppliers to choose. For example: Customer C1places new order and then I get the notification. The notification will show with a list of suppliers: S1,S2, S3.
If I choose supplier S1, an email will be automatically send to Suplier S1 with his current prices.
This will be an ongoing project, so oftentimes it will be adding new features and I will required you to developing making a long term customer with me. And additional, I will need different project for you as well.
