Bulk post member avatars into Wordpress Database

Job Description:
I have a membership based website using Wordpress and Ultimate Member Pro. Many of the members have not uploaded their profile picture. I want to download their photos from LinkedIn and then post those directly into the SQL database on the site. We have root access to the server.
1. We can scrape the photos or you can.
2. We will provide the member ID that the photos are associated with
3. You need to create a process that will insert the photos into the proper spot in the database.
4. You'll test this on a dev server with a small number of records.
5. Once it's working, we'll test the bulk solution (thousands of records involved).
6. When the solution is stable on the dev site, we will redo the process for the production site.
7. We will need to do this again in the future, so the process needs to be preserved.
