Looking for Shopping Partnership

Description Hi ! I'm looking for a longterm partner who could create a shop with me. What you have to do : - register and provide a domain i will tell you - provide webspace with optimized wordpress support (PHP5, MYSQL5, 200MB Harddisk, 60MB usable Memory, no Safe-Mode, mod_rewrite) - a new paypal account to YOUR bank account - terms and conditions for selling special theme and plugin solutions for wordpress (no XXX or something else) - setup YOUR company address as shop, domain and account owner - Website SEO - The webspace must be extendable. If the shop works we need additional 100MB for each month. What you have to pay : - domain and webspace What you get : - 25% of each selling What i need : - full FTP and Admin rights for the webserver and the shop-installation - weekly transfer 75% from the selled amount to my paypal account What i have to do : - setup wordpress and the shopping system - provide and add the selling goods to the shopping system I think we could sell about 1000USD for each month. I will escrow the amount of your bid. After 3 month the escrow-amount will be released, even if the shop works or not. My Partner should be from outside the european union.
