I need someone to write a small application that the user opens up, can write their name into it and click "send" and the application emails a system report to an email address. - basically we are a company with a lot of overseas employees and we want to use this application to get a system report so we can verify unique machines/users

The app will be build by C++ and it will work as follows. 1. open the form that users can fill thier email, contnet to report a system. 2. users click the "send" button then content will be send to a system 3. ap will be get user's mac address, and other specific infos and so system will be idendity the each users ...
