First off.. All employees work on company computers in an office. We are not invading anyone's privacy. I need someone to find good reliable software and set it up on my remote office's computers. I want to have the ability to remote login watch & record employees screen. This needs to be video and I need to ability to monitor them without them knowing. So that we can do quality assurance checks. I'm seeing some software that is free or cheap and easy to use. I also want the ability to record or listen in on the softphone as well.
