Very small project- I'm looking for someone to make a little tool for Windows.
Currently I scroll & zoom in my CAD applications with the mouse wheel. I want a tool that will let me choose a key on the keyboard, and then when I hold the key & move the mouse forward and back, this will zoom in and out.
