9 Hours of L1 Troubleshooting of Desktops, Printers, Servers, Network Devices such as Avaya Phones, Switches, Routers
Attending the calls of clients and fixing the issues over voice call on a Ticket based system
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes
Provide reactive phone, ticket and chat support for the customer base
Perform proactive managed services and account management task for higher tier customers
Provide customers with excellent service that adheres to the customer’s guidelines
Escalate to the L2, L3 requests related to them
Proactively monitor the customer’s network and infrastructure
Provision new customer products and services
Train and mentor other Managed Services employees whenever required
Add to and update department-specific knowledge-base (documentation) topics regularly
Provide on-call support for on-duty Managed Services technicians on a rotational basis
Minimum of 1 Year Experience in IT Support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
CCNA and MCSE Certifications are desired
Ability to learn new and emerging technologies
Talent for communicating technical information to non-technical customers
Efficiently directs multiple tasks by employing effective time management skills
Positive can-do attitude with a commitment to get the job done
Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
