3D floor plan

To create a stand alone application that can allow users to arrange furniture from a selected room within the minimap of a predesigned floor plan. Or they can select different materials to use when building their home or condo. Users can estimate the cost involved in upgrading to better furniture, or they can estimate the cost involved in upgrading or downgrading the materials used in building. For example if they wish a hardwood floor, the application can inform them the added cost involved. If they wish regular ceiling lights rather than pot lights again it will inform them how much can be saved. We wish this application to show rooms in the floorplan as "life like" as possible. Texture maps may be rather detailed and large in size. The application should be capable of connecting to the database (from a central server) that can update the application with new maps, models, floorplans, measurements, prices.
