Live Video "like TV" how?

I am going to setup a server for my company, to deliver online classes to student all over the world.

I have installed Windows Media Server, and configuret it to run MultiCasting, and it's running very fine inside the company, but not over the internet.

Does anyone know how to do MultiCast over the internet?

Windows Media Server is not a must, but the student has to be able to use Windows Medie Player.

The Streams must be some kind of multicast, to avoid huge bandwithusage.

We are open for any suggestions.

The "class sessions" will be prerecorded by the teatchers, and ex. lession 1 will run from 8 to 10 lesson 2 from 10 to 12 etc.

A little like on a teaching TV-Channel, where the progarms start, and if you miss it, it's bad luck.
