Dell Poweredge Windows Server Issues

I have a dell poweredge t610 server that is not booting up. I need remote attistance to troubleshoot and get it up and going. It is configured with raid1 os is Windows 2012r2
Drive in bay 0 has a green status light , drive in bay 4 has a green and amber status light.
I cannot loose data on the server as we did not get a backup before.
