what we want: 1- bot will monitor webpage pick links/quantity and add them in [login to view URL] file on desk on each server. maximum links per 1 file must be 10. each link should be divided in total number of application i will provide. no bot should have below 10 links in process. if there is 1 bot empty rest are in process fill it with new links and then you can add these 10 links to other bot as well when you see any bot below 10 app names will be provided by me. before adding second file into the apps bot must remove finished actions from all apps. also i need a option where i can add and remove apps. along with apps name i will give quantity of users each app have. so a link should not go again to a app if all users worked for that link before. there will be a bot which will check if any app has error , if found such error message send mail to the emails i provide. thanks :) this project is only for you. coz i know you can only do it :P

I can do it using java (wich works greate on windows) and selenium web driver to create such a bot. What kind of websites does this bot need to visit to save links? Can you provide more details?
