Windows Phone Live Video Streaming app

This project is for a very simple proof of concept Windows Phone app that will stream a live video feed. I will provide the video feed as a smooth streaming link. The app will need an icon and a video player which when launched will play the stream. As I mentioned this is a proof of concept and a very simple app. It will be used internally to test playback quality and to see how it works on the new Windows Phones from Nokia.

Please only bid on this project if you have experience developing for Windows Phone and if you can provide quick turn around.
