I need a spreadsheet/db where I can track my projects' phases progress.
The spreadsheet has to record overall planned start and end date for a project AND the actual start of a phase within the project and the percent complete.
The spreadsheet is described in detail in the file attached.

must be able to track at least 40 projects
I must be able to print the whole spreadhseet (projects summary+ graphs) in one 8 by 11 letter in landscape.
The project summary line must display 1|) graph bar representing planned start and end dates and 2) each phase graph bar, successively, all in one line. both graphs must be displayed in the project summary line so when I collapse a project, i can see how my phases are traking against my overall planned dates for the project.
It is very important to have a bar chart graphing overall planned start and end dates and multiple bars tracking each phase of the project from actual date and progress (progress=duration * completion). at the project summary row.
I am open to excel, ms access, im open to other options too... but must be the same layout as in the spreadsheet attached and very easy to create new projects and update existing ones. usability is definitely a major aspect.
Again, the layout has to be exactly as in the spreadsheet attached.
