We need a database of all objects in our building, because we will move to another soon.
What I have at the moment is:
- An Excel file with all types of objects with size and weight
- A list of all rooms (also Excel file)
The database needs a form from which we can assign objects to each room. Once the database is filled by us, it must be able to put out the following:
- A list of all objects and where they are now
- A list of where all objects need to go and when they need to be moved
- Labels to put on each object that indicate when they have to be moved.
The removal contractor wants to make an estimate of the costs based on the list of objects with their total weight and volume.
