Stick Welding Small Steel Job

I need a weld to a broken part of my subframe on my car. Will pay cash. No guarantee or paperwork needed. If it holds, great. If not, at least I tried. Mechanic wants to charge a fortune to swap the entire subframe, but car isnt worth much but runs great. I want to save this car from being junked for no good reason. Easy and good access to the part with the tire removed
