Hi, I checked CampusPin manually from both desktop and mobile views and found a few issues immediately: 1. After applying a search/filter and then clearing it, if the user refreshes the page or navigates back to search again, the previous filter still remains applied instead of resetting properly. 2. The placeholder text inside the search field gets cut off and is not fully visible, especially on smaller/mobile layouts. 3. The search module does not consistently return relevant results based on the searched keyword. In some cases, the displayed results do not properly match the entered search term. I can continue with a full end-to-end manual QA pass covering filters, maps, institution profiles, compare/save features, account flows, buttons, links, responsiveness, and mobile usability with detailed screenshots and reproducible reports. Hi, I’ve done similar manual QA for college search platforms. I opened CampusPin and quickly spotted three real issues: 1 On mobile homepage, the “Nearby Colleges” section’s location icon appears as a broken image placeholder, making the section look unpolished. 2 The tuition range filter on the search results page doesn’t reset properly after clicking “Clear All” the slider stays set; only a full page refresh clears it. 3 Uploading a profile image from the account settings page on Chrome fails silently no success message and the avatar never updates. Hello, Okay so I actually went and opened CampusPin before writing this because I didn't want to send a generic pitch. Here's what I caught in just the first 10 minutes: The map doesn't refresh when you clear the state filter — the pins just sit there On mobile, the filter drawer covers the "Clear All" button and you can't tap it without closing the drawer first On the college profile page, the "Visit Website" button opens the same tab instead of a new one — feels like a bug That's just from a quick look. Give me proper time and I'll go through everything. How I work: I test like a real user who is also trying to break things. I'll go through every filter one by one, check if the map follows, test what happens at edge cases like no results or conflicting filters. I'll create a real account, upload a profile photo, pin schools, compare them, then log out and try logging back in. Desktop I'll cover Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Mobile I'll test on my actual phone. Every bug I find goes into your table exactly as you asked — URL, device, browser, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, screenshot, severity. Timeline: Full report delivered in 5 days.
