Website Template/Layout Needed

I need a website template/layout. The website is designed for women aged 17-25. It's a pregnancy resource center that needs to appeal to this age group. Included are two links that you can look at to get an idea of the feel of the site:

I don't need any fancy flash. I just need something with eye appealing graphics and colors.
You can use exisiting templates and customize or create new templates. All I need is the template, no writing or content needed.
I need 3 different templates to look at from which I will choose one. I will choose a freelancer within 3 days.
