Static Site to WordPress Migration

I have a fully-designed static website that I now want running on WordPress. Please reproduce the current look and feel pixel-for-pixel, but build it so I can easily update three core areas inside the admin panel: • Text content across all pages • Images and other media • Menus and navigation items If an off-the-shelf theme will speed things up I’m happy to hear suggestions, yet I’m equally fine with you starting from a bare-bones starter or creating a lightweight custom theme—whichever keeps the code clean and performance fast. Key points you should cover as you work: • Keep URLs and on-page SEO meta exactly as they are now. • Set up reusable page templates so future pages follow the same style without extra coding. • Make sure everything remains fully responsive. • Migrate the site to my hosting once finished and give me a short walkthrough so I know where to change text, swap images, and edit the nav. Deliverable will be a live WordPress site on my server, plus an export file or backup I can keep locally. When it’s all in place and I can edit those three areas myself, the project is done.
