Hello, I have a website design job that I would like to farm out.

My client wants a [url removed, login to view] clone site. They want all the exact pages with the same information (will change logo, name & fees "will provide logo graphics for you")

Just so you understand, they want a clone site. So it needs to look and feel the same (not a template from [url removed, login to view] or some other variation). Don't worry the site won't be live until all content is changed later.

The forms need to work.

They don't need a database on the home search section, The home search page should be a form with contact info and desired home specifications that emails the office staff for a direct call back. (will provide field info).

Overall you can just cut and paste the content from that site just to get a good template made, and they will edit it before they advertise or launch.

When the site is done, it should look like the one above, but with my clients logo's and pricing. Again they will edit the content after you're finished.

The site needs to be ALL HTML, so we can edit it later in FrontPage. No php . Forms have to be FP compatible.

They need it done now, so only quote if you have time do it this weekend.
