1.1 Compra / Venta – Normal real estate website
1.2 In the flat page would be a calendar made by the owner of the flat so book a meeting to see the flat.
BACK OFFICE:
We need to have 2 types of customers to log-in:
1. Sellers: those who want to sell the flat, the need to be able to upload pictures, and the content of the flat, ID of the owners, papers of the flat and so on.
- They need to be able to sign the contract between the website and the owner (accepting terms and conditions).
- They need to be able to choose between different options and different pages:
o 1- Fully covered / or just Simple plan.
o 2- a list of extras and the prices.
o 3- create their account.
o 4- manage the calendar of the availability of their calendar for the buyer’s book and appointment.
o Contact details.
o Also they will need to be able to accept the appointments or to cancel or change the date of the appointment.
o Also the need to be able to refuse or to change the offers they will have from their flat.
o Choose from the catalog of services and buy new services.
2. BUYERS:
Those who want to buy a property: they need to create an account, and put the parameters they want to buy.
They need to upload different kinds of documents like ID.
once they are registered, they could be able to create meetings of the flats they want to see in person
Confirm the meeting once the owner has agreed on the calendar meeting.
Pay a deposit of the visit (in case they will not go, this deposit will go one part to the owner) in case they are not changing the meeting.
Once the meeting is agreed the buyer needs to sign online the paper of the visit and once they signed send them a message with the address of the propriety ( also the document needs to be signed by the seller)
Also we need to charge an amount of money to create an offer to buy some property. If the offer is accepted we need to send it to the seller, if not we will refund the money to the buyer minus a fee.
3. MARKETING:
We need to have something to alert us about different changes regarding the properties ( if the owner changes the pictures / upload documentation / changes the description, etc…)
Also registration about how many visits has been booked by a propriety.
We need to create something to alert the people who have changed something on the propriety they see and email them.
RENTAL:
Same as the buy and sell option but instead of buy a rental - and also with options.
