Website project

Hi!

I need to outsource a project so one big piece of information you need to know is that I will be buying the intellectual property through freelancer.ca and my business name will have to be on the website not the person/team that I hire :) This is important for me.

Here are some details:

It is for a website. Depending on who gets this project I might have my designer design the website or if I like your work portfolio I might just let you do the whole thing. I have a website example(Here is a link: [login to view URL] ) that my client likes and can give that to use as an example to see how the website needs to operate. Important things that will need to be on the website. There will be payments (payment gateways are okay like stripe), there needs to be a really good booking system to book appointments, this needs to operate smoothly for large traffic(the booking section is important). Around 5-6 pages on the website. There may be a dashboard that may be needed, a very easy user friendly dashboard to control things and that shows analytics(this is a maybe, not sure just yet) After the website is complete , if you can do good SEO we can talk about that after for the pricing, if not that's okay.
