I am a researcher currently engaged with understanding consumers' food shopping decisions. In this regard, I would like to conduct a study in which I invite participants to an online grocery store and ask them to shop for various food products (5-6 types of food items). The types of food products to be displayed to the participants will be decided soon. Primarily, the package of the food product with relevant information will need to be displayed. If possible, it will also be great to allow the participants to enlarge the package size, turn the package from front tot back, so that they can read the nutrition facts panel information at the back of the package. Essentially, I would like the participant to experience online shopping as close to reality. In this study, I would like to capture the final food choices that the participants' make, the price that they pay, the time spent while making the decision, etc. Last, if you can also help out with designing various food packages according to our needs, that would be great.
