Web site development and design

Hello, This is Aurora Agency, we are a creative agency specialized in motion design and CGI. We are launching a new web app for building and selling some kind of item (will be revealed upon choosing a freelancer) and we are looking to hire a web designer. We want a fully functioning web site not only PSD files. Another developer is taking in charge to build the main core of the app, so this job will only cover: 1- Building all pages (home, plans, Q&A) 2- User database 3- Building an Admin panel 4- Integration of Payment methods (multiple methods will be required, local payment's API will be provided) 5- Integration of the core app 6- Building the main dashboard where the core will be running We want a flexible and patient freelancer to work on this project, we may add additional pages later. This is a detailed brief of all 6 milestones: 1- Building all pages: We need X pages, Main home page, login page, sign up page, 404 page, plans page and payment page. Some draft designs will be provided. 2- User database: We need you to build the required user database based on how you want to work. 3- Building an Admin panel In the admin panel, we want a page to see statistics (user statistics and items statistics). We want also a panel to manually add, delete or modifies a user. And another panel to add new items (this will depends on the core app developed by the other developer) 4- Integration of Payment methods We want different payment methods, VISA, MasterCard, Payoneer, PayPal. And another local payment method will be provided. 5- Integration of the core app This task will be discussed with the other developer. 6- Building the main dashboard where the core will be running The dashboard will be similar to Canva, a draft design will be provided, plus a tab for settings and saved items.
