Tweak pricing function on woocommerce/prestashop

What we need is a wordpress based ecommerce plugin- Woocommerce / opencart only.

The only function we need is to to let the shopping listing / deal - Display and the item price - Will be changing from time to time. this is a simple function. because we want to run a promotion - just like a no frills sales- example.

1) Our Item Normal Price USD100 and promotion price USD50- When we do the promotion - We want to be able to do like - 7 Days Sales while stock last - So we want to be able to set - the price -based on visitor detection. say like they clicked the item - but didn't continue / make purchase - They will only see the item with USD50 on that day only. means when they come back again by tommorow - the price will increase like USD10. and so on.

So we need to be able to set the price - based on Days incerement / time (whichever applicable)

Only Bid when u understand what we want. please dont give us general bid.

Our resonable budget for this small tweak on the price changing function is USD30-50 only. bid reasonbly. those who work for extra mile and make me happy will surely recieved bonus!
