Simple clean style website

I am looking for a simple (7 page), clean style website for a company providing Family Constellation services.

for information about Family Constellation Services.

-Menu should be to the left of the page;

-Menu items (top-to-bottom): Info - Personalia - Agenda - Contact - - Links - Literatuur;

-Design should be 'clean-style';

-Look-and-feel should be similar to the letterpaper example (see file);

-Existing flyer is attached as reference;

-Design should include the picture [url removed, login to view] as a leading element. Maybe something could be done with Flash for this.

-Deliverables:

3 proposals for look-and-feel.

Based upon selection made: psd file, html files, css stylesheet.

-website will be hosted on very basic environment. No databases will be available.
