Restyling or reconstruction of a professional website

We would like to make a restyling (or reconstruction) of our website in wordpress, in order to make it look more professional and reliable.
We currently have two websites, one for the Italian version and one for the English version. Possibly, we'd also like to merge them and create a single site with the ability to switch languages.
We will provide links to competing websites for inspiration.
We need professionalism, precision, fairness and experience.
