Restore Unresponsive WordPress Portfolio -- 2

I’ve returned to my WordPress portfolio after a few months offline only to find the entire layout in disarray. Pages render without styling, the navigation menu refuses to open, and on Google the site preview itself already looks broken. Nothing is behaving responsively on desktop, tablet, or mobile. The job is simple in aim but broad in action: identify whatever has knocked the theme, CSS, or core files out of place, repair it, and leave me with the site exactly as it was—clean, fully styled, and clickable throughout. Key things I expect by the end: • Theme, CSS, and any required plugins diagnosed and corrected so every page displays properly. • Navigation menu fully operational across devices. • Layout confirmed responsive with no console errors and a positive result on Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test. • A short report outlining what was wrong and the steps you took so I can keep an eye on it in the future.
