I need an online tool that lets users write directly into a PDF through their browser. The core requirement is a smooth, responsive canvas where text can be added, edited and saved back into the document without forcing the user to install anything locally. A clean, intuitive interface is important because the audience may range from first-time visitors to power users. You are free to build with JavaScript libraries such as PDF-Lib, [login to view URL] or any other framework you prefer, provided the final code is well-documented and easy for me to deploy on a standard LAMP or Node environment. The generated PDFs must retain fonts, formatting and page layout exactly as displayed on screen. Deliverables • A web page (or small SPA) where a user uploads a PDF, edits it, then downloads or saves the updated file. • Complete, commented source code. • Brief setup notes so I can run the tool on my own server.
