new layout 1-2 pages for DSL ISP

We need want turn this into a more professional website. We need a new layout. The layout should contain 1 main page([login to view URL]) and a 2nd page that we can edit to use for other pages on our website to display prices, howto's etc.

Req:

1. Center Page and use 800x600 and must load proper in all browsers

2. no flash

3. code in html/css (some java/php welcome)

4. avoid tables, use layers/div tags

5. use our logo, its attached or [login to view URL]

6. stick to colos on our website, the red from the logo/black/white/yellow
