The website developer must have at least 2/3 year experience with out of the box creative thinking ability and knowledge to grasp and craft ideas based on requirements.

✓ Create a CSS file from scratch
✓ Manipulate layouts and styles
✓ Follow industry naming conventions
FTP:
✓ Understand the way servers and database communicate to put your HTML + CSS file on World Wide Web
✓ Make site go live!
✓ Update site after it went live
✓ Explain FTP to a 5-year-old
Media Queries:
✓ Create media queries for standard device sizes
✓ Translate a static website into a responsive one
✓ Follow industry standards for naming and syntax
Frontend Framework:
