Need to build an online marketplace in ASP.NET's nopCommerce

I need to build an online market place with WC. It will be setting up buyers and sellers for precious metals that have been mined in a just fashion.
The key features are:
- 2 domains (one .ch that will be recommended for when users' IPs are based in Switzerland)
- There will be discounts and commissions based on products
- There should be an offline escrow (3rd party service) associated with transactions
- Must be fully responsive
- Multi-store (multi vendors)
- Must be multilingual
- Min purchase quantity and inventory display (60% has been purchased -> 40% remains)
i.e: if there 1000g=1kilo to sell, a 100% crowdfunding likewise bar should be displayed and
decreased according to quantity sold. When posting a product, the price will be the minimun
gram quantity to purchase. I this example, it will 100 Grams. If a buyer buys 5 Qty, it
means 500grams.
- Products should have editable descriptions, discounts, icon to confirm vendor has been vetted, and sold percentage bar + expiration date... sample wireframe: [login to view URL]
- Need enhanced registration + KYC (admin toggle for manually verified accounts)
- Design beautiful page for "How it works"
- One page check-out and payment method (Cash on delivery or Pay in store, Purchase
order, Check/money order, Manual gateway (just collects order & payment information
for offline processing) ==> after check-out a contract pdf is generated with all the details,
quantity discount and bank details where to wire the money. Payment will be done to an
third party and independent escrow agent and I will provide the text for the pdf.
- Gold price widget integration ([login to view URL])
- On any product to sell, a clear link to the contact form where a buyer can request offline
purchase should be visible
- Contact form enhancement ( Contact reason drop down list, upload documents, etc...)
