Job Description:
We want to create a site similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] that focuses specifically on spac warrants/rights. We are looking for a few basic pages. Firstly a news page which will carry news about spacs IPOs, deals, deal terminations, liquidations, sponsor group changes etc. Next It would be great to have a calendar for upcoming spac events like the one available on [login to view URL] The biggest part of the project will be a screener like [login to view URL] which will have two sections. One for spac warrants and the other for rights. It will have details on the management teams, deadline details, price, unit split etc etc.
This website will be monetized in the form of subscriptions for users which will have additional abilities on the website.
Use of TDAmertriade API or a similar/better API will be needed for price data for the stocks.
