Looking for a web developer to develop a website from scratch

I am looking for a full stack web developer to develop a website as a MVP to test a concept. The goal is to have a good enough prototype that people could understand the benefits, and be able to interact with it.
The website would request functionalities very similar with 9gag for example (upload posts, voting and commenting sections and user generation).
My goal at this stage is to hire one freelancer hourly that helps me in this step of the product development process.
The project so far is just "one man show" with big aspirations of making people lives a little better.
I am starting with this one task job, but hopefully it continues for longer time depending on its acceptance.
I am looking for someone that challenges me and the concept, enjoys innovation, be rigorous with deliveries and have a good sense of ownership.
