I have a small business offering web design services to clients. I am looking for a freelance web designer I can subcontract work to. For each job, I will give you the client's specifications and you need to do everything (design, mockups, revisions, etc.) start to finish.
Jobs will range from very simple ones (such as setting up WordPress and customizing it) all the way to large ones (like setting up a major eCommerce portal).
For each job, I will give you the client's specification and you are to give me an estimate of how many hours it should take you. Then do the work as per client's specifications and bill me for the hours worked. Please be truthful, as I know how long web design jobs are supposed to take. I expect simple 1-3 page WordPress websites (ones where you just have to find a theme, install it, and customize it) to take no more than 1-2 hours to make.
You are free to turn down any job I give you (and if you can't do a job, please turn it down). But if you take on a job, I expect it done to completion. You may not take on a project and abandon it midway, leaving me hanging.
And I would like you to be able to write web content.
In your bid, state your asking hourly wage and provide a portfolio.
