I own a Meeting Planning Business. I would like to develope an on-line registration site for clients with meetings. This would change with every meeting and would have more than one meeting going on at a time.
We would need to download a Invitee list (probably from Excel) that we could send out an Invitation to attend the meeting. The invitation would give directions on where to go on-line to register for the meeting.
When they get to the on-line registration site they would need to give the following information:
Direct Phone #
Cell Phone #
Smoking or Non-Smoking Room
King Bed or 2 Double Beds
Hotel Rewards #
Credit Card #
The on-line registration site should then be able to run various reports to include:
Arrivals by day
Departures by day
Alpha Attendee List by Last Name
Alpha Attendee List by Company Name
1 bed vs. 2 beds
