Joomla 1.5 template design

We need a Joomla 1.5 version template designed for our website. The design is a 3 column template. Requirements for the template are 7 content boxes, 3 modules (latest forum posts, calendar and login box), 2 image boxes and a side menu. I do not fully understand how Joomla works yet, so I don't know exactly how this all works, but that is what we would like. Ideally we can send back and forth emails regarding the design and how it is going/what we would like changed. We will also need a second template done, however this will be idential to the original template just without some of the content and modules (I think Joomla may do this automatically, we only downloaded it 2 days ago and searched for templates but none were suitable). The sooner it is done the better, however the quality of the template cannot be sacraficed. Basically as good a template as possible, but no longer than 4-5 days. We are both nice guys and are looking for someone to provide with a very professional looking template. We do not want someone who as soon as you finish it, you email us it, and then we can't contact you, we want someone who we can come back to for other bits and bobs (potential future work if you do a good job). I went for the $100-$300 price bracket as we are after a very good template, but given the other templates we have seen, it seems an appropriate price is on the lower end of this range.
