jewellery themed website

Hi all,
We are after a website for a business which sells jewellery. The website doesn't need to sell the actual jewellery from the site (e-commerce- not at this stage anyway) just list all the products we sell with pictures descriptions.
So we are after :
- a design based upon out ideas. So the main page and template
which can be applied to all other pages in the site
- We already have a logo but it may need some touching up.
- More specifically, An automated site which using php or similar, allows us to add, delete or modify product listings. Ie, we do not need the winning bidder to add any of the products (we can do that) we just need it, for example, to include a page which has a form which we can write a description, choose category, upload an image, and the new product will autmatically be added on the site. Sort of like a 'website directory', but for our products instead and we will be the only ones adding anything. All pages in the product directory will have the same look, from the template you create.
- We have a hosting account and domain name, so will be looking to give access to the designer to upload the site and ensure its all working fine.
feel free to ask for more info. It may sound complicated, but I think what we are after is fairly simple and we dont mind if, with the 'product directory script', the chosen bidder uses an off the shelf script, as long as it does all above.
