We need an elegant layout and page designs for a simple membership site. There will be two types of members: end-users and providers. Think of it like Uber, where there is a login/register for passengers (end-users) and a login/register for drivers (providers) Once logged in there will be Individual end-user page(s) where they can edit their profile and see a history of their transactions. the same for providers: They will have their own page (slightly different) where they can edit their profile, see all their transactions and also filter to see the transactions of an individual end-user. 1 - Splash page/main page End-user login (or register) Provider login (or register) Bottom nav or a menu somewhere with: About us, Contact, FAQ, Press, Privacy Policy etc. etc. 2 - Registration page or form for end-users (I will provide a field list: name, address, phone, SSN, email etc.) I will also need them to assent to an agreement page. 3 - Registration page or form for providers (I will provide a field list: company name, address, phone, EIN, contact name, email etc.) I will also need them to assent to an agreement page. 4 - Logged in pages for end-users Profile section (they can edit certain fields in their own profile) History section (they can see their transactions and status of each with some sorting / filtering) These transaction lists should be tabular and will contain: TX Date, provider, $amount ( and a few other fields) Report section - they can select a tax year and we will send them a pdf report via email5 - Transaction page/form where end-user can initiate a new transaction (This will consist of a few fields to fill out and some dropdown menus to select from as well as a submit button) 5 - Logged in pages for Providers Profile section (they can edit certain fields in their own profile.) History section (they can see all their transactions and status of each with some sorting and filtering by date ranges, by end-user, by amounts etc.) That's it.
