Intranet development v2

Due to an unsatisfactory prior collaboration we are behind on the development of our intranet site, and need a provider that can take on this task urgently. We ask that you as a provider has experience with developing intranets, and that you thoroughly read this text and the included documents before bidding. Also we would like you to deliver a realistic timeline of the project with your bid. We need you to be able to start development right away. The intranet is to be used to the control / management of employees work hours / hour consumption, control / management of internal calendars, and most importantly control / management of projects and the projects finances. Also the intranet should have a “knowledge base”, “contacts”, “personnel” and a “doing business” page. We are not looking to invest in great big complicated applications, but something that is simple, clear and well-arranged for the employees and clients to view, and at the same time eases the organizing and planning time. There should be three different levels of users – level 1, 2 and 3, where: Level 1 users have access to everything, and is the only group with access to the “administration” pages. The can delete, edit and set up. Level 2 users are the employees of the company, who are not a classed level 1 user. Meaning they have control of their own diary / calendar, but they cannot delete or set-up, or edit anything else. They do not have access to the “administration” pages and they cannot see anything financial / budgets / cash flows etc. Level 3 users are intended for clients and other potential external users. They should only have access to projects, gantt charts and processes that they are a part of, and should of course not have access to anything financial / administrative. IMPORTANT!! For a complete and full description of the project please refer to the attached files!!! Please also be aware, that we have already designed the layout of the intranet with which you will be provided when the project commences. There will be some minor changes to the douments attached here, but they should not have any influence on the estimated timeline.
