We need to set up (preferably 1) privately-accessed www site / intranet (or 3 separate ones) for 3 film project teams. There should be no public access. Each project team must not be allowed to view any sub-pages (or preferably, any top-level links to sub-pages) of projects for which they do not have permission. E.g., crew members of Movie 1 may only access the information of Movie 1, not Movies 2 & 3.
I set up a test site with Google's old Classic Sites free application (see uploaded screen shot as a *very* rough example); but the Classic Sites application is unreliable and appears to be on its way out of Google's repertoire.
Google has introduced G Suite, which has an application called Google Sites that may work. We're still trying to understand the page-level permissions that are included in the application.
If G Suite would work for us, we would like a ~1-hour (on-line) consultation / demonstration on how it would best work for our needs.
Our budget for the 1-hour demonstration is US$100.
G Suite requires your own domain name. So, the ideal consultant would set up a (very simple, but functional) G Suite demo site with his/her own domain name. Our 1-hour consultation would be a demonstration of the page-level privacy permissions that we can give individual viewers along with a some questions & answers.
