I would like to hire a Website Designer for a client who was building a website with a team in India but now need it brought in house as they're unhappy with them.
The skill required is Website Design & Website Development. The site has been pretty much built, but we have been asked to come in, clean and tidy the site up, and turn it around for the client.
A list of items and task that we need to do are:
- Design & integrate emails for customer information (integrate into Mailchimp once customer orders)
- Input Google Tracking codes on the site
- Upload Paypal and booking credentials - no credit card facility currently
- Remove the press and customer reviews until they start getting some in
- Provide option for offer codes in checkout & detail how we can input what discounts the code gets from the back end.
- Headings need to be made bigger (they’ve asked for the text to be kerned at 60% which still hasn’t been done)
- The translation for Chinese hasn’t happened still
- Remove the word ‘Graphic’ from ‘Mattress Layers’
- Add ’s' to ‘Compatible with most bed frame’
- The About page to have a slightly different layout as the content is overshadowed by the imagery
- The title on the ‘About’ page isn’t spaced correctly
- FAQ and Review page to be swapped in the Heading bar
- Faq to change to FAQ
- The actual FAQ’s aren’t the latest version that have been provided
- The mattress graphic to be designed to an example we've been provided
- The headings on the pages in the footer should be removed
- The copy in some of the footer pages is not consistent
- The finance page still have ‘lore ipsum’ dummy text
- There is a map on China on the Contact Us page - this should be removed
The client is happy to pay for a fixed price, or on an hourly rate, but don't have a budget in mind. If you want to quote an hourly rate, please provide an estimate on time to be spent fixing the site.
