Get websites form name and ids

This is not to write code. This project is to gather websites information from 100 websites list that I will provide you. This is what you need to do:
1. Go to each website and extract login form name, id, action, method.
2. Extract some other input fields from the form. I will tell you what.
3. Do the same for mobile. This means get the websites using user agent as mobile so the web server sends you the mobile version. Sometimes this may be the same as for desktop and some may be different. If it's same just mark it same.
I will provide you with doc and give you example of one so you have an idea what you need to do exactly. This is simple project but I need skills:
1. Someone understand HTML and can view source code of websites.
2. Someone understand what user agent is in browsers and can use browser to change the user agent when getting mobile version of the site. You may use other tools like cURL.
3. Someone is familiar with how forms and input fields in html are used.
4. Someone has understanding what requests and responses are.
Plus skills: Familiar with fiddler tool or alike. Understand what request verification tokens are.
I need this to be done in 2 days.
