I have a .css / html glitch. The existence of an

tag on all of my web pages, causes a single pixel white line to appear at the bottom edge of an image that is in a separate
after the
header. This is a problem in IE11 only. Not a problem in Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Remote the
tag and the white line goes away. I will provide an authenticated ftp shortcut to a development site. You have Read/Write access by using link in Windows Explorer (computer).
The live site is at http://mygig-disk.com. The 'home' page does not have this problem because it has no
header. All other pages have the problem.
See this test page [url removed, login to view] See
on "source" line 1129. Problem image is on line 1135.
