Create NextJS web application project

I am looking for a freelancer to create a Next JS web application project for my gambling website. As I don't have any design mockups or wireframes, I'd like someone who is experienced in web application design to help me come up with a visually appealing layout that fits my brand.
The main purpose of this web application is to allow users to place bets on different sports events. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing similar applications with real-time data streaming and integration with my provided payment APIs and games from my connected provider.
While I have some ideas for features that I'd like to include in this application with 3 parts it must contain:
- an admin panel (admin panel dashboard with some important panel/reports)
- users frontend (user register, sign up, deposit, withdrawal, and some other features)
- backends (APIs and database connection)
I'm not entirely sure if they are feasible. Therefore, I'd like someone who has experience in web application development to suggest additional features that might be beneficial to my users.
TIMELINE: 15 days for the users part, 15 days for the admin part.
Now my website is live in the first version, you have around 1 month after awarded to you and the milestone is uploaded.
