We wish to clone [login to view URL] but modify it so that instead of a fixed price sellers can post a price or auction. This website allows people doing postal mail to sell spots in their mailing, so if an energy company was mailing out 150,000 letters to their customers, they could allow another company to add a letter or coupon to their mail for a fee, saving both parties money. We havent decided if we will have a monthly fee or take a percentage of the charges. Basically you will have a membership site where people can sell space, users will be able to post their spots for sale and others can buy/bid on the spot. We would need private messaging with uploads so people can approve the letters being added.

What a smart idea. Companies like VistaPrint have perfected this art in the USA but they are not open to bidding. Besides many companies are not that big.
