I have a business plan which calls for a membership/commerce to be created. I will be receiving documents from many sources that I will control, store and catalogue in my database. Thru the site I will advertise and market these documents online in much the same way as any number of Fiverr ([url removed, login to view]) or Udemy ([url removed, login to view]) clone sites. Instead of selling gigs I will be marketing these documents that I control. As these documents become available they will have to be classified in a way that would be searchable thru categories and tags for easy identification and retrieval. Once a buyer expresses an interest in a particular category several possible matching documents are presented to him and he reviews their descriptive material and given the chance to purchase. He is also able to refine his search by reviewing other relevant tags. Once he makes the purchase it is downloaded to him. Once he receives the document he is asked to grade and/or review the document in exchange for a possible discount towards future purchases.
As these documents become available to me the owner will enter into a revenue sharing agreement to showcase their document. They will also write the document description and choose tags for the doc that they are providing. in addition the site must provide high management capability in the back office.
