We are looking for web designers to create a design for the basic elements of a company website, with a background, navigation tabs and empty content pages for each of the navigation tabs.
This bid is only for creating the overall look and feel.
The base colors of the site should be in Orange and Blue with a white background
A master css style should be defined and used

Design must look fair at 800x600 and perfect at 1024x768.
Navigation tabs; 7 total. They should read:
Home / About Us / Products / Services / News / Partners / Resources.
You can choose entirely which aspect the tab can have, but they will better integrate if they have a "glass" look and feel, transparency can be used if necessary. Whatever you choose should have at least 2 states: one "not selected" (not active) and one "selected" which shows the web user that he is navigating on this section. Other states are up to you if you think they are required.
NOTE: if you decide to bid, PLEASE include a sketch (prototype) of what you intend to do for this job or provide links to the sites for company home pages that you have created. Due to the number of bids we receive, we absolutely cannot choose a particular coder if we do not have an idea of what one intends to do for this job.
